At BJC we are able to coordinate a full submission instructing fellow professionals as and when required to cater for the ever increasing need for clarity in submissions to Council’s.

It is important not only to prepare the application carefully but also to continue a dialogue with the statutory authorities during the process of determination. This may extend to addressing the Planning Committee and local councillors. Negotiations are always conducted in close liaison with our Clients.

When permission is issued it needs careful explanation and analysis to ensure that all planning conditions are acceptable and achievable. In due course these may need to be agreed with the relevant authorities before development can begin.
