Chris Ward BA MRTPI

Chris holds the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Town and Country Planning and is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

He joined the Practice in April 2000 and is now a Director. This followed almost 20 years experience in Local Government. He has extensive experience in all areas of Development Control but a particular interest in Lawful Use Certificates (S191 and 192) and in Planning Appeals.

He works for a number of private clients but also undertakes work for several Local Planning Authorities.

Chris’s work is now mainly in Hampshire, although he has a background in the North Midlands and has recently undertaken work as far a field as Dorset and Sheffield. He works extensively for Local Planning Authorities both in Hampshire and Surrey.
