BJC Ltd has achieved planning permission for a bungalow in the rear garden of a client’s property in Hampshire.

 

A previous scheme had been the subject of an unsuccessful appeal. However when BJC were instructed the consultancy carefully examined this appeal decision and developed a proposal that overcame previous concerns/ objections.
