The Consultancy has acted as agent to gain planning permission for the conversion of a children’s respite home in the Brighton Hill area of Basingstoke. The buildings had been vacant since their previous use ceased in about 2006.
The conversion provides 5 dwellings of varying sizes, with only modest changes to the external fabric of the building. The Consultancy negotiated with the Borough Council with regard to contributions and the scheme was finally permitted without the need for contributions and hence with no S106 agreement.
