 A Certificate of Lawfulness for Proposed Development has been granted for the erection of a building over a swimming pool in the back garden.  In addition BJC Ltd obtained separate Certificates for the installation of the swimming pool and for a single storey building at the same property.  Permission was also granted on appeal for a detached annexe.

Local residents had objected to alternative proposals which were refused by the Local Planning Authority.  However with minor modifications to his proposals the client has now achieved his aspirations.
