With regard to the emerging Local Development Frameworks, the practice is masterminding the promotion of several major proposals which cumulatively accrue to over 3000 new houses across the South East of England. 

Besides these major proposals, the practice reviews a very wide range of emerging Local Development Frameworks and their related Supplementary Planning Documents.  This involves the preparation of submissions to various Councils at the many stages of the new process with the objective of challenging unreasonable proposals and to try to prevent the evolution of unnecessarily restrictive policies.
