Temporary planning permission has been received for a small farm in Hampshire for a period of 3 years.   This permission allows the clients to remain on the land in a mobile home whilst they try to establish their agricultural business, concentrating on pig breeding, egg sales and poultry sales.
This success follows an earlier Enforcement Notice appeal which was dismissed. BJC Ltd carefully considered the Inspector’s concerns and crafted the submission of a planning application, which addressed all previous issues.
BJC Ltd has a vast experience of achieving residential properties in the countryside, many based on rural enterprises such as this. Housing in the countryside is generally not acceptable; however with the specialist advice that BJC can offer, there are sometimes exceptions to these policies.
