With the need for public participation in the planning process prior to submitting a planning application to a local authority the microsite provides interested parties with the opportunity of viewing and commenting on details.

BJC has recently hosted two successful exhibitions for proposed developments and this addition to the website complements these events.  It seeks to facilitate due regard for the views and opinions of those interested in the emerging development proposals.
