Planning permission has been granted by East Hampshire District Council for the erection of 8 dwellings with associated access and parking on the site of a former chalk quarry and, more recently, a landfill site. The site provides for a mix of dwelling types and sizes suitable for single person households and families.
 
The site constraints required specialist reports to cover contamination, drainage, ecology and arboricultural issues.
