Bryan Jezeph Consultancy has gained a further temporary permission for a period of 3 years for a car park in the city centre. The longer term development of the site will be considered in the City Centre Action Area Plan which is not scheduled for adoption until 2013.

 

The site first obtained temporary permission for use as a car park following a successful appeal in 2007.
