Fareham Borough Council has granted outline planning permission for the erection of one three bedroom dwelling. The outline permission approves siting and means of access. A further “reserved matters” application will be necessary to address matters relating to scale, appearance and landscaping.
The application was the subject of negotiations with the Local Planning Authority to ensure that the siting was suitable in the street scene. A further constraint on the site was an easement relating to an existing public sewer. The permitted dwelling will enjoy a pleasant aspect with a south facing side garden and a west facing rear garden.
