 Planning permission has been secured to renew an extant permission for the change of use of 2 retail units to residential use in a Listed Building in Titchfield.  The property first gained permission for a change of use in 2000 and this was renewed in 2005.  Although the units remain in commercial use the owner wished to renew the permission for a second time.  On this occasion the Local Planning Authority also sought Listed Building Consent as well as planning permission.  However following negotiations the Local Planning Authority agreed to proceed without Listed Building Consent.  The applicant now has permission secured for a further 3 years.
