BJC Ltd has successfully obtained planning permission for a five storey landmark office building in northern Portsmouth.  A sequential test was used to demonstrate that the development would have no adverse impact upon the existing established commercial centres within the city.  The scheme was designed by a prominent local architect and it will offer a significant enhancement to the surrounding area.
