BJC Ltd has successfully obtained planning permission for a number of agricultural buildings to be put to another use.

 

In two unrelated projects we succeed on obtaining permission firstly for a landscape contractor’s depot in a remote location within the proposed South Downs National Park and secondly for a storage and distribution centre for a local business in East Hampshire.

 

With the recent publication of PPS4 we now anticipate greater opportunity for well planned economic development within such countryside locations.
