Welcome

This part of our website is used to enable us to present proposals which are currently subject to consultation with the public.  By engaging with interested parties prior to the formal submission of a proposal it is hoped that issues that may have arisen can be resolved.

We feel that this public involvement can offer significant enhancements to a proposal and ultimately leave all those involved in the proposal better informed and able to address concerns raised.

The planning process can generate the need for many reports and this part of our website will enable people the opportunity to view these details at their leisure.

Once the proposals are submitted to the Local Planning Authority for their consideration all formal comments should be made to them.  However we welcome all comments and suggestions on the proposals.
