Apartments in Westergate

An exclusive new development of 8 high quality, two bedroom apartments is nearing completion in Westergate. The development has been named ‘Swan Court’ by the developer, Hampshire Developments Ltd, and an open day was held recently, following the completion of the show flat so that prospective purchasers are now able to view the flats and reservations can be taken.

Bryan Jezeph Consultancy achieved planning permission to increase the number of bedrooms within three of the flats to 2 bedroom properties. Three additional car parking spaces have been provided on site to serve these enlarged flats.

The nearly-completed flats comprise red-multi facing bricks, orange brickwork quoins and a plain clay tiled roof. The addition of timber feather edged weatherboarding and black panted metal juliette balconies add interest to the building’s exterior.
